Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

The MCS Công Dân Bảo Vệ ("App") is developed by VICAREON JOINT STOCK COMPANY. We are committed to protecting user privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

• Registration: Phone number, name, email (optional), password (encrypted)
• Location: Province/city, district, GPS coordinates (when you allow). Collected only when the app is in use (When In Use), not in background. Purpose: determine region to filter content (health facilities, vouchers); pinpoint location when submitting violation reports
• Photos and Camera: We access Camera and Photo Library only when you: (a) Update profile photo, (b) Submit violation report photos, or (c) Upload payment proof. No access when you are not performing these actions
• Delivery info: Address, phone for receiving physical rewards
• Device: Push notification token (FCM) for rewards and activity alerts

3. Purpose of Use

• Account verification and secure login
• Display region-relevant content (health facilities, vouchers, offers)
• Process violation reports, deposit requests, reward claims
• Send notifications about points, rewards, and important activities
• Improve experience and user support

4. Third Parties

We use the following services, each with its own policy:

• Google AdMob: Advertising. See Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase / Expo: Push notifications. See Firebase Privacy
• Our servers: Data stored and processed in Vietnam

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and edit your personal information in the app
• Revoke location, camera, photo library, or notification permissions (some features may be limited)
• Delete account: You can delete your account directly in the app Settings, or send a request via the contact email. Data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Children (COPPA)

This app is not intended for users under 13 years of age (or 16 in some jurisdictions such as the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover data from children, we will delete it promptly.
